On July 26th my partner and I were due to leave on the 17.35 flight which ended up being delayed. I would like to commend Hamilton Island Resort and Airport on its excellent staff, I must place special thanks to those staff. They say that to be a good company you have to exceed expectations, well in all honesty you exceeded my expectations and handled a very difficult situation in a professional and empathetic manner. Well done!

I would like to pass on my thoughts on your operation, which I would class as the best service of its kind in WA. From the time I check in, to departing on the home flight, I am impressed by the “up” attitude of all of your staff, who always are willing to help and nothing seems to be too much trouble.
Whatever it is your doing “keep doing it”, because my service of choice will be Skywest where ever possible in the future.

I wanted to take the time to write to you regarding my recent travel arrangements. When I travelled from Melbourne to Proserpine and onto Airlie Beach on holidays with my sister and disabled mother........ We wish to take this opportunity therefore, to please ask that you pass on our congratulations to our ground staff and flight attendants at Brisbane and Proserpine for their preferential treatment, faultless assistance and care shown towards my mother in particular and, for that matter, the three of us. We were made to feel most welcome and were assisted by staff from the time we arrived at each airport and check in counter, right up to boarding and leaving the aircraft, nothing was too much of an effort or a problem.
We are left with a happy experience and the airlines both Jetstar and Qantas helped make our holiday a memorable one. Please extend our gratitude to all concerned and may I add that, we will certainly be recommending your services to all of our family and friends. Thank You.
